*sigh* and due to our seating position, I was unable to get a nice fielding position shot for the male posterior in questions.

I think you should take it up with him as to why he's not a switch hitter who could have given me a good look with a left-handed batting stance - but NO, he has to be a righty....

Sorry those weren't a bit better in focus but to be honest, my equipment is a TAD limited and from the distance we were sitting, these are actually pretty lucky ones.

My final comment on the pics is: That is only what it looks like when Torii is stealing second when Kafumbly has you distracted and looking the opposite direction!!!!! Of course, the sad part is that I was actually readying the camera at the time because I had just CALLLED that he would attempt to steal second. He just was faster than me... speedy little sweetcheeks.

There was a guy in a wheelchair sitting one section over who was wearing a Santana/Nathan shirt. I only saw it when he was leaving and I was going to go over there but he didn't come back. I hope he didn't miss us because our handicapped section was full when he arrived.

T money - actually I did take one of Mr Sweetcheeks firmly planting his foot on Home Plate. 'Fumbly just didn't include it in the group. If you go to the batcave, all the various clips are included in the photos section.

For Morneau - That is too funny! I'm sort of embarrassed now - I have never shown up to a game that full of "adult beverages" before. I suppose that accounted for my feeling cool and confident enough to talk to Romero. That chair should be the one that is sacrificed to the baseball gods of Canadia, eh?

Hey E, that was Me, Me (OK, that kinda sounds wierd). I had to check out early to meet a friend at the bar. I got there early but the usher wouldn't let me sit in 214 amd put me in 213. Didn't realize that it was you guys that had those seats until they were all taken (no biggie). I'll catch you guys at the next assembly, whenever that is.

Hey, I almost made it onto Batgirl! I'm the guy in the red short sleeves over Angela, and the beautiful part of a person next to Kurtis is my wife. I was at the same game by coincidence, but I was proud to be with the Batgirl rowdies, where at least I know I don't have to hear people singing that awful seventh inning stretch song.

I haven't posted since book club. I want to thank you, though, BG, for starting me on a happy habit. Since we read Moneyball, I've read Babe: The Legend Comes to Life, and now I'm reading The Glory of Their Times. If anyone has a recommendation for my next baseball book, let me know.

I'm also looking forward to a baseball trip to KC that's coming soon. My dad and brothers and I will be at the July 9 and the July 10 games. Will there be a Batgirl banner waving somewhere in the Kaufmann Stadium parking lot?

A really good baseball book is the biography of Joe DiMaggio written by Richard Ben Cramer. I recommend it highly to anyone who is a baseball fan and who enjoys the history of the game.
