I have been guilt tripped into going to visit my mother instead of my original plan of spring training. HOWEVER, HooliganKat was given the best gift any girl sitting in the upperdeck could ever want. Binoculars with a digital camera in them. I will be sure to take many many butt shots during the season.

After seeing the pics of Johnson, Mussina, Pavano, & Wright throwing from the mound I know that baseball is finally back.

Fort Myers, FL. March 24 - April 1. Even managed to get tickets to the Twins vs. Red Sox at City of Palms Park, which took some doing. I must warn you, however, that Smitty's photography skills have always been minimal. And I haven't even begun to join the digital age in that regard.

Last year was my first spring training, and I'm very keen to go back. One of my most vivid memories is seeing Joe Mauer and thinking, man, this kid really is the real thing. And watching some guy called Silva pitch some nice innings. And wondering, where did this Nick Punto guy come from? It's a blast.

I need a permanent job. With vacation and stuff. I've got the camera and lens for some up close and personal butt shots, but alas, I won't be there.

She-Ra, lol, give me a break, I'm not that type. I have no idea where the good angles would be. Butt, we can figure it out.

BTW; Luis is signing his number this year as 14. Course it was his first day here, so maybe he forgot he was #2. Then, maybe he wants a fresh start, and took #14. Or, maybe it was his twin Twin, kinda like Jr Ortiz the catcher we used to have.

Wasn't Hrbek's number 14, therefore it cannot be used again?

Hey, I'll be down @ Spring Training from March 17-25. Ive got front row seats right behind the Twins dugout too. That should mean I get some pretty nice "butt shots" including mostly Morneau. :)

I will be there March 6-10. I have tickets to the games on March 7 (Devil Rays) and March 10 (Phillies). I considered going to the split-squad game vs. Toronto on March 8 in hopes of spying Koskos, but the odds seem low that he'd be there. I'll try to collect anecdotes.

Indeed Hrbek (my all time favorite, I still get weak in the knees when I see him) was #14 and his number was retired.

I'll be there from the 2nd-5th. I have tickets to the first home game (and will be cheering very loudly for our departed Cordel). You'll have to rely on my girlfriend for the butt shots.

The only reason I go back home to N. Ft. Myers for spring break, is to see the Twins spring training. So far I have tickets for March 17th and 20th, and I'm also hoping to catch the game on the 14th.

14 Hrbek! Lol, Luis has a sense of humor. Wait til the folks he signed that for figure that one out.

KentHrbek, how was his butt? Rivas may have that advantage as well as being faster on the base paths. I hope he is used solely as a pinch runner this season.
