It's true.
The inmates have been running the asylum.
While Batgirl has explored the jungles of Newfoundland and rocked with the Village People, we've had some laughs. We've had some tears. We've had some songs sung. We've had some mail sent. We've had some boomieboomie. (Even if some of you can't see the photos, they do exist. She did rock with them.)
Tonight, as if on cue, the Santana for President Campaign put on a wonderful stump speech tonight extolling all the virtues of a stronger America:
Poise.
Leadership.
Security.
Stability.
Confidence.
Sitting Down of Bitches.
The Santana Campaign wants Batgirl to come home. We want Batgirl to come home. The time has come for Batgirl to come home. Like Shane. Or a boomerang. Or the sunrise.
Or my pants.
Welcome home, Batgirl. We've left the light on for you.

It makes me happy to see that the Santana/Nathan campaign is reaching Brazil now. One of my favorite records of the moment is 'Garota Moderna' by Rosalia de Souza. Is she very popular in Brazil? I'll go put that on now in honor of you, armstead. And a toast to the return of Batgirl! Huzzah!
