Juan Rincon is getting ready for a parade? Can you find him amidst all the other Boy Scouts?
I like the "Where's Juan's?," but let's get back to coming up with some challenging ones. For example, I didn't find him in the Senate one until I read the comments. And it took me several minutes to find him in the one that appeared to be from "Troy" or something.
PS - Where's the decoy?
